Pilates is a fantastic form of exercise. It builds core strength and improves flexibility to create a great posture and long, lean muscles.

There are lots of reasons why people enjoy Pilates; some of the main reasons are that it helps you:

Technique

Pilates works to re-balance your body through low impact non-aerobic exercises. You'll use precise movements to isolate and strengthen your weaker muscles, increase your mobility and lengthen overly tight muscles. The exercises also improve your core muscles – giving you a trimmer waist and a better posture.

Pilates uses breathing to help you focus on your body, leaving you feeling calm and refreshed by the end of each session. The better awareness of your body that you develop will also help you stay injury free in other sporting activities.

In ten sessions you'll feel the difference, in twenty you'll see the difference, in thirty you'll have a new body
