If you live in Exeter and would like to start Pilates with a friend or two then I can come to you. All you need is a living room with enough space for 2 or 3 exercise mats!
It’s the closest you’ll get to personal training in a group class. With small classes you can feel confident you will get maximum benefit from the exercises. They follow my unique programmes which are developed to be enjoyable - revitalising your mind and body - whilst really delivering results. I combine Pilates exercises with small resistance equipment for maximum benefit.
