What better way to give your body a new lease of life than with a Pilates programme specially designed for your body?

Personal Pilates training is offered in Exeter. Before starting we get together for an initial session where we can talk through your goals and the best way to achieve them. During this time I'll also assess your posture, core strength, muscle balance and joint mobility and take you through some Pilates exercises.

This will give us a benchmark to work from and will enable me to tailor one of my unique programmes to your body and your goals. I’ll help you transform your body so you not only feel happier and healthier but also look fantastic. You choose whether you would prefer to exercise in your own home or at mine.

I’m also trained in pre and post pregnancy Pilates. You will get a specific programme that is safe, right for your body and helps you feel and look great.
