If you want to keep fit and flexible but find that mat based exercise classes aren't for you then you could try seated and standing Pilates. All exercises are done on a chair or standing so there is no need to get up and down off the mat. The exercises are gentle and non-impact, so it won't put any strain on the joints.

The classes will be 45 minutes and are a complete body programme with all exercises performed either seated or standing. The cost is £30 per class, split between up to 5 friends.
