How it works

Before starting you have a free 15 minute phone consultation. We will talk through your goals, what you’d like to achieve and any issues you want to address. You can then choose how many individually tailored sessions you’d like to go for.

During the first session I’ll also look at your posture, core strength, muscle balance and joint mobility. This means I can create a really targeted Pilates programme for you, helping you feel healthier, stronger and more flexible.

You also have the option of a bespoke home plan to help your progress. Your home plan will have really clear explanations as well as a mini video for each exercise.
