Seated and standing Pilates for seniors
I am starting a new chair-based Pilates class in Exeter shortly. The class will include seated and standing exercises to help you feel:

- More mobile

Private group classes
If you live in Exeter or the surrounding areas and you would like to start Pilates with a friend or two, then I come to you! All you need is a room with enough space for a few exercise mats.
It’s the closest you’ll get to individual Pilates without the cost. With small classes you can feel confident that you’ll get lots of support and attention to help you get maximum benefit from the exercises.
If you feel your workplace would benefit from regular Pilates classes then I’d love to hear from you. It may be that you would like regular healthy back Pilates classes to help counteract desk work or a general mixed level Pilates class to help improve participants overall health, wellbeing and fitness.
